Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! We are excited to equip as many parents as possible with the Connected Kid Collection!
We currently ship to 55 countries supporting door-to-door tracking through USPS first-class international shipping.
Note: Due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, Russia isn’t accepting any packages until further notice.
When will I receive my shipment?
Depending on where you live in the world, you can expect to receive your Connected Kid Cards in 2-5 business days for US shipments and 1-2 weeks for outside the US. They are mailed out within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.
An email with your USPS tracking number will be sent to you when shipped. If you received the Connected Kid Cards as a gift, the tracking email is sent to the gift purchaser.
