Do you offer coaching services?

Thank you for your interest in working together! I currently don’t offer 1:1 coaching; however, I do offer free and paid parenting resources to support you on your journey. You can check those out on the Parenting Tools page here.

Can I buy a hard-copy Journal?

Unfortunately, a physical journal is not feasible at the current price point. Therefore, we provide alternative print-friendly and editable versions in addition to the original PDF.

If we want to believe these things (on the cards in this video) for our children, we must first believe them to be true for our inner children. This is the work of raising ourselves alongside our children. If we believe our children are inherently worthy simply for existing, then why wouldn’t that be true for us? If we believe our kids deserve our unconditional love, then why do we struggle to extend that to ourselves? The list could go on and on. If we want to raise our children with these truths, then we must do the work to excavate the lies we may have inherited in our childhood (either from our family of origin, or just by simply existing in a society that glorifies achievement, status, and external validation.) Once we can create these new narratives for ourselves, we can more easily and graciously pass those on to the next generation. That is how we break cycles. That is how we re-parent ourselves and heal the wounds that are still lingering from all those years ago. This is why I’m so passionate about my 3-prong approach to my Connected Kid Collection. It’s not just about strengthening the relationship we have with our child. It’s also about strengthening our relationship with ourselves AND our inner child.
