I did not receive any emails

You should have received two different emails:

  1. A receipt for your payment sent from Stripe.
  2. An email from [email protected] with your links to download the journal.

First, be sure to check your promo/spam folders, etc. and search for “Journal” in your inbox.

If you still do not find anything, you may have mistyped your email address on the checkout screen. Not to worry, simply contact us here (if you haven’t already) to let us know and we’ll fix this for you right away!

I received the receipt, but not the download email

You should have received two different emails:

  1. A receipt for your payment sent from Stripe.
  2. An email from [email protected] with your links to download the journal.

If you received the receipt from Stripe but not the download email, it’s possible the download email landed in a promo/spam folders, etc. If you don’t find it there, you can try searching for “Journal” in your inbox.

If you still do not find anything, let us know and we can resend it to you.

Nothing happens when clicking download

Different devices and browsers download files in different ways.

If you’re clicking the download link and nothing is happening, it is possible the browser is downloading the file in the background. In this case, you’ll need to check your downloads folder for the downloaded file.

It can also be helpful to try downloading from a different device and/or browser if possible.
