Have you reached a point in your parenting journey and begun to notice that you keep repeating the same patterns over and over again? Do the same triggers, power struggles, and yelling matches show up daily?

It can be so frustrating to love our children *so much* but fight with them daily. Believe me, I've been there.

Often this cycle is so hard to break because, as mothers, we are deeply lacking - in self-care, in boundaries, in joy, in showers, in movement our bodies love. The list goes on, right? And this sense of lack makes it darn near impossible to make important changes in our lives. We simply don't have the physical or emotional bandwidth to do it.

I am here to tell you that you are worthy of taking care of yourself so that you *can* make the changes you desire in your own life.

In our work together, we will:

  • Compassionately cultivate an awareness of your own triggers and reactions – no more parenting on auto-pilot;
  • Discover what it feels like to trust yourself again;
  • Create a mutually respectful parent-child relationship built on the foundation of attention, respect and empathy;
  • Help you overcome compassion fatigue (caring for others, but not enough for yourself);
  • Incorporate healthy, nurturing self-care activities to ensure you’re filling your own tank first;
  • Apply the art and science of creating new habits by keeping one small promise to yourself every day;
  • Learn how to feel the feeling but drop the reaction.

Raising Yourself Coaching Program

Length of program: 8 weeks
Location: Skype or in-person if you live near Columbus, OH
Frequency: Once a week for one hour + ongoing email and text messages in between sessions
