Having gone through my own midlife unraveling, primarily born from becoming a mother, I know how lonely and disorienting this journey can be.


I’ve come to understand that this bridge from midlife crisis to midlife magic is a chance to integrate the parts of ourselves that have been lost along the way.

How much time will this journal take?

This journal requires approximately 15 minutes a day of focused commitment to get the most out of it! Or, as my 5yo would say, "that's the same amount of time as a Curious George episode!"

Who is this journal for?

This guide is for the mom who's tired of living on autopilot and going through the motions. It's for the woman who's ready to rediscover her voice, passions, and truest version of herself that may have gotten swallowed up in the miracle & messiness of motherhood.

Do I need a printer for this journal?

Absolutely not! While you are, of course, more than welcome to print it, you can also record all your answers in a notebook or journal you already own.

Can dads use this journal?

For sure! While there are some "mom" references peppered throughout, all the questions and prompts inside can definitely apply to fathers as well. 

Can I do this with a friend?

Definitely. While you can certainly reap the benefits of this journal by doing it by yourself, I believe they would be amplified even more by finding a bestie to do this important work with. 

Do you offer refunds?
