My favorite candies growing up were always very sweet and tart things (think Skittles, Starburst, Fun Dip…holy cow, I used to eat TONS of sugar).
To satisfy that sweet and sour craving I sometimes get, I created a super healthy smoothie that I believe tastes very similar to Starbursts (but better) 😉 I had it for breakfast this morning and it made me do a little jig!

From playdates to preschool parties, I’ve always heard quite the buzz about chocolate zucchini bread. But to be honest, I’d always kind of scoffed at it. I skeptically wondered how bread with zucchini (not my fave veggie) could be that good. I recall seeing other moms high-five each other as they discovered a sneaky, yet delicious way to sneak veggies into their kiddos’ snacks (okay, the high-fiving actually never happened, but you get the jist).

This is easily one of my family’s favorite weeknight meals. The protein in the chicken, almond flour and eggs will keep you full for hours. Bonus: They are just as delicious as leftovers tossed on salads and in soups.
